Jo ‘Patience’ Ji Hyun, formerly known as “Lucy“, is a South Korean professional StarCraft II Protoss player. In Foreign Tournaments Patience participated in the 2013 DreamHack Open Winter Online Qualifiers, where he beat opponents like Nerchio, Zanster, and Hydra which qualified him for 2013 DreamHack Open: Winter. Coming into the event Patience was relatively unknown compared other players in the event. Patience was placed in group A where he defeated NaNiwa, HyuN, and LucifroN- while losing only to TLO which put him in first place in his group advancing him into the Winners Bracket for the playoffs. In his first match up against MMA he lost with a score of 1-2. Patience then faced sOs. In an upset Patience defeated sOs with a 2-0 score. He moved on to defeat his next three opponents – Polt, MMA, and INnoVation. In the losers final Patience played against Life, where he was finally bested by the Zerg player 3-1. On January 2, 2014, Patience joined Alien Invasion. He stayed at the Alien Invasion team house in Duisburg, Germany and participated in WCS Europe and ESL Pro Series where he reached second place in the 2014 Spring Season. In October of that same year he left Alien Invasion and in November joined the newly formed team, Dead Pixels. In March of 2016 it was announced that Patience was leaving Dead Pixels in search of another team so that he could participate in Proleague and eventually joined Afreeca Freecs as well as earn himself enough points throughout the year to just make the cut off for participating in the 2016 WCS Global Playoffs at BlizzCon.
